3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate business and trucking information, maintain valid operating authority, and ensure FMCSA compliance. GULKEX LOGISTICS LLC is not responsible for any fines, delays, or legal issues resulting from false or incomplete information provided by the client.
4. Payment Terms
All service fees are due as agreed in the dispatching agreement. Payment structure, methods, and timing will be outlined in your custom service agreement. Late or missed payments may result in service suspension or termination.
5. Limitation of Liability
GULKEX LOGISTICS LLC is not liable for:
- Load cancellations
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or broker errors
- Loss of income due to unforeseen circumstances
We act as a third-party service provider and are not responsible for contract performance between the carrier and the broker/shipper.
6. Service Termination
Either party may terminate service at any time, with written notice, according to the terms outlined in the service agreement. All outstanding payments must be settled before termination.
7. Privacy
